A Width

Lay the sports bra completely flat and place the end of the tape measure at the seam directly under one armhole. Pull the tape measure straight across the chest to the opposite seam, then multiply this measurement by two to get the final width.

B Length

Place the end of the tape measure at the seam point of the shoulder strap. Pull the tape measure straight down the front of the sports bra to the bottom of the under-bust band.
