Think of Frisco Mo as the ultimate volleyball Etsy shop. You place an order and we get to work making it for you. Everything is custom. Nothing is off a rack.

Each item has a graphic sizing guide. Use a favorite item of yours as a guide and compare those measurements to those listed on the items. If you ever have a question, contact us. We're here to help!

Since everything is made to order, all sales are final. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.

It takes about 2 weeks for your items to be made. You'll receive tracking once they ship.

Frisco Mo gear is shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We utilize the most economical methods to get your order to you. If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to accomodate that for an additonal charge. Contact us with questions.

All sales are final from Frisco Mo. We do understand that sometimes things just don't work out and we're here to help. Contact us at info@friscomo.com. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom team gear.  Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
