Nearly every product you see in Frisco Mo's catalog is made to order. (Stickers we have on hand.) When you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. This allows us to avoid waste, keep our costs low and contribute to a happier, healthier Lisa. (And of course our planet.)

Custom Everything
Think of Frisco Mo as the ultimate volleyball Etsy shop. You place an order and we get to work making it for you. Everything is custom. Nothing is off a rack.
Policies and Guarantees
Since everything is made to order, all sales are final. If you are ever unhappy with your purchase, contact us and we'll make it right.
Timetables
It takes about 2 weeks for your items to be made. You'll receive tracking once they ship.
Shipping
Frisco Mo gear is shipped via USPS, UPS and FedEx. We utilize the most economical methods to get your order to you. If you require expedited shipping, we are happy to accommodate that for an additional charge.
Returns
All sales are final from Frisco Mo. We do understand that sometimes things just don't work out and we're here to help.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom team gear. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
